A member of the Gross family has rejoined Sheldon Gross Realty, the West Orange-based firm founded more than 60 years ago.

The agency on Thursday said it has welcomed Jonathan Gross as senior vice president, noting that he’ll focus on industrial and commercial properties throughout New Jersey. The son of Sheldon Gross, the firm’s late founder, he comes to the role with a four-decade career focused both on commercial real estate and motor vehicles, most recently working as a general sales manager for Subaru of Cherry Hill.
Gross’ most recent commercial real estate role was as executive vice president for RE/MAX Properties Unlimited’s Princeton-based Commercial Division, according to a news release. He previously spent 13 years with Sheldon Gross Realty, starting in 1982, serving as a vice president with oversight of a satellite office in Monmouth County.
The Pennington resident now joins his sisters Marcy Gross and Barbara Gross, who are president and executive vice president, respectively, of Sheldon Gross Realty.
“I’m extremely excited to be working with Jon — both because he’s my brother and because he’s a gifted sales professional,” Marcy Gross said. “I know his abilities will make him a tremendous asset to our agency — and our clients will find him a pleasure to work with.”
Jon Gross earned a master certification in commercial real estate from New York University. He also holds a New Jersey real estate brokers license and was the economic development coordinator for Robbinsville Township.
