A warehouse and storage firm has leased 92,000 square feet at a Burlington County industrial building, according to brokers with Bussel Realty Corp.
The real estate services firm said Monday that it represented the landlord, Remy Investments LLC, in the deal with Keymar Warehouse Inc. in Riverside. The location, at 301 West Washington St., is part of a 250,000-square-foot industrial property near Exit 5 of the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
BRC senior vice presidents Leo Esses and David Posner handled the assignment for the Edison-based industrial brokerage. Colliers International represented Keymar Warehouse.
“With quality industrial space scarce in northern and central New Jersey industrial markets, users are looking for alternatives further south off the New Jersey Turnpike for their growing businesses,” Esses said in a prepared statement. “Keymar Warehouse found this location ideal for servicing its clientele in the surrounding New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania markets.”
The property features 18-foot to 24-foot ceiling heights, 15 tailboards and two drive-in doors for loading, heavy electric power, wet sprinklers and significant excess paved land for car and trailer parking, BRC said in a news release. The firm is marketing another 100,000 square feet within the building, along with an additional 100,000 square feet that can be constructed on the site.
