A physician group has sold two medical office properties in South Jersey as part of a merger with a regional hospital system, according to brokers with Vantage Commercial.
In Voorhees, the practice sold a 912-square-foot condominium in a deal that marked the listing team’s fourth transaction at 1 Britton Place, according to a news release. The second deal took place at 502 Hillside Terrace in Pennsauken, the site of a freestanding 1,500-square-foot building that the doctors had also vacated following the merger.
Vantage Commercial Managing Director Emily Stein and Vice President and Partner Ken Richardson represented both parties in each transaction.
“This family had just gone through a huge change, and they needed someone to come in and handle things without adding to the stress,” Stein said. “We knew the market, we knew the buildings, and we just got it done. That’s really what it came down to.”
Richardson added: “By the time we got to Britton Place, it was our fourth deal in that building — so we already knew exactly what buyers were looking for and who to call. Having that history made a real difference in how quickly we were able to move.”
