A specialty grocery store has found a new location in Atlantic County after leasing space in downtown Hammonton, in a deal arranged by Vantage Commercial.
The deal, the size of which was undisclosed, will allow Abarrotes El Mariachi to move from its current location on White Horse Pike to 127 Bellevue Ave. That will come alongside a full renovation to create modern finishes, improved layout and amenities that will better serve the needs of the community, with a projected opening date in September.
Vantage Commercial Vice President and Partner Ken Richardson and Senior Adviser John Doss represented both parties in the long-term lease, which also provides the grocer with greater visibility, easier access for residents and double the size of its current space.
“This new location places Abarrotes El Mariachi in the center of town, which will allow them to better serve Hammonton’s growing population,” Richardson said. “It’s a win for the business and a valuable addition to the town’s thriving retail landscape.”
