A newly completed medical office building in Cherry Hill in now fully leased after a nearly 13,000-square-foot transaction by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The firm announced that it represented JJN Real Estate Holdings LLC, the landlord at 1945 Route 70 East, in the transaction with Virtua Medical Group. The tenant, a network of medical and surgical physicians affiliated with Virtua, joins Satellite Wellbound as the lone occupants at the 18,246-square-foot property along the region’s busy health care corridor.
WCRE Managing Principal Jason Wolf and Tammi Coppinger, executive property manager at WCRE Property Management, completed the assignment. They touted the site’s access to area shopping, hotels and restaurants, along with its immediate access to Interstate 295.
