A sushi restaurant is relocating in Morristown after agreeing to lease nearly 7,000 square feet, in a newly announced transaction by Chilmark Real Estate Services.
According to the brokerage team, Sushi Lounge will occupy 6,800 square feet at 3 Speedwell Ave., just north of the Morristown Green. The new location is minutes from its prior home in the downtown.
Chilmark’s Mike Witko, Michael Marchese and Ed Flanagan represented the tenant, while Donovan Realty represented the landlord.
