Wireless network operator T-Mobile has leased 1,900 square feet at a shopping center in Burlington County, Levin Management Corp. announced recently.
In a news release, LMC said T-Mobile is one of several new tenants coming to Hartford Corners, a 215,000-square-foot shopping center in Delran. The lease will give the company a location at the busy intersection of Route 130 and Hartford Road, allowing it to serve a densely packed retail corridor.
LMC Senior Leasing Representative Andrea Kyriacou represented the landlord as part of the leasing and management team for Hartford Corners. Gabe Amzallag of MSC Retail represented the tenant.
“T-Mobile is growing its nationwide retail footprint at a rapid pace,” Kyriacou said. “Hartford Corners’ desirable tenant mix — including a high-performing ShopRite, and a host of household-name retailers and service providers — attracted this tenant.
“We are pleased to add another national brand to Hartford Corners, and are confident T-Mobile will provide a valuable service for local consumers.”
Hartford Corners is also set to welcome Virtua Express Urgent Care Center, which has leased 6,900 square feet, and Edible Arrangements, which committed to 1,500 square feet. The property also includes Lowe Home Improvement, Staples, Planet Fitness and others.
