T-Mobile has leased some 5,000 square feet at a mixed-use building in Hudson County, under a newly announced transaction by The Goldstein Group.
Brokers with the firm represented both parties in the deal at 5800 Bergenline Ave., a corner property in the town of West New York. The cell carrier is leasing the space from an entity listed as 5800 Bergenline Avenue LLC.
Lew Finkelstein, an executive vice president with The Goldstein Group, and CJ Huter, a vice president, completed the assignment for the Paramus-based firm.
