The operator of what will be a new skilled nursing facility in Montvale has broken ground on the project, where it’s bringing new life to the former site of a vacant office building.
A private equity firm has acquired a 127,000-square-foot office complex in Montvale and is now planning to convert it to an assisted living facility, according to brokers with Savills.
