The owner of a Morris County industrial building has filled more than 23,000 square feet, highlighting the appeal of specialized assets and the increasingly tight market for the region’s smaller, infill spaces.
Devli Real Estate has filled nearly 38,000 square feet with two leases at an industrial flex building in Hackettstown, in the largest of several new deals by Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey.
The Hampshire Cos. has sold a nearly 200,000-square-foot flex and industrial park in Hackettstown, along with roughly eight acres of developable land nearby.
A warehousing and distribution firm has renewed its lease in Hackettstown amid plans to grow its third-party logistics business, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson said.
