The owner of a 21,000-square-foot industrial building in East Brunswick has tapped NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. as its leasing team, in one of two new assignments for the real estate services firm.
The Stro Cos. has secured nearly $28 million to refinance a five-building, 340,000-square-foot portfolio of industrial buildings in Union and Bergen counties.
The Stro Cos. has started the year by growing its industrial portfolio in northern and central New Jersey, acquiring five buildings spanning more than 200,000 square feet.
