Klein Enterprises has sold a 232-unit luxury apartment property in Belleville, the Maryland-based developer’s first project in New Jersey, in an $80 million deal arranged by JLL.
The owner of 232 luxury apartments in Belleville has put the property on the market for sale, in an offering that comes just two years after the completion of the two-building development.
