Popeyes has opened a new freestanding restaurant on Route 1 in South Brunswick, following a lease arranged by brokers with The Goldstein Group.
Sherwin-Williams has leased 5,000 square feet for a new location in Maplewood, in one of several recently announced transactions by The Goldstein Group.
