Sitex Group has sold a nearly 114,000-square-foot portfolio of light industrial buildings in Orange, directly north of Interstate 280, in a transaction arranged by Cushman & Wakefield.
G.S. Wilcox & Co. has completed $6 million in financing for a five-building industrial portfolio in Orange, working on behalf of a private equity firm that owns the properties.
