Signature Acquisitions has signed a new office lease in Clark with a global data center service provider, in one of several third-quarter transactions announced by the landlord.
A transportation logistics firm has leased more than 17,000 square feet at a Clark office building, the largest among nearly a dozen second-quarter deals completed by Signature Acquisitions.
