The landmark Bell Works campus in Holmdel is now 98 percent occupied after more than 20 new commitments and lease extensions by office tenants in recent months.
The Bell Works campus in Holmdel is hosting a career fair featuring many of the tenants at the 2 million-square-foot property, having drawn some 2,000 attendees for a similar event last year.
