A major retail center in Morris County is on the market for sale after last changing hands in 2021 and a series of upgrades aimed at repositioning the property, brokers with JLL said.
An investment firm has acquired a large Morris County shopping center for nearly $50 million, in a newly announced transaction by R.J. Brunelli & Co.
