Prism Capital Partners has signed new leases to bring Chase and Chipotle to its ON3 campus in Clifton and Nutley, expanding its retail mix after the arrival of Starbucks late last year.
Chipotle has committed to new locations in Jersey City and Bernardsville, following the completion of leases arranged by RKF.
Chipotle has leased more than 2,200 square feet at a shopping center in Hillsborough, in a deal arranged by Jeffery Realty.
