The transformation of another New Jersey suburban office campus is complete, but the result is far from the warehouses and apartments found at other redevelopment sites.
Somerset Development has inked more than a dozen new office leases at Bell Works, the massive mixed-use campus at the former site of the Bell Labs complex in Holmdel.
