A joint venture has secured a $180 million construction loan for what will be a two-building, 1.7 million-square-foot industrial park just off the Delaware Memorial Bridge in Salem County.
A developer has broken ground on a project that will bring more than 1.7 million square feet of new industrial space to Salem County, according to Premier Design + Build Group.
CT Realty and PGIM Real Estate have acquired 282 acres in Salem County for a plan to develop a two-building, 1.7 million-square-foot industrial park at the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
