Demand is strong across Saddleback Real Estate Developers’ northern New Jersey industrial portfolio, fueling some 97,000 square feet in leasing activity in a series of recent transactions.
Saddleback Real Estate Developers has sold a newly built, 50,000-square-foot industrial building in Hackettstown for $13 million, the Fairfield-based firm announced last week.
