Saddleback Real Estate Developers has inked three new leases at industrial properties in northern New Jersey.
One of the transactions, a 22,000-square-foot deal with Groome Industrial Service Group Inc., took place at 22 Audrey Place in Fairfield. Jim Costanzo of Charity Realty International represented the tenant, a service contractor.
The other two deals include Eastern Lift Truck Co. Inc.’s 14,000-square-foot lease at 2 Frassetto Way in Lincoln Park, where Robert Adams of Garden State Realty served as the broker, and Designer Luggage Outlet LLC’s renewal at 22 Riverview Drive in Wayne.
Jeffrey Fulton of Team Resources Inc. brokered the latter deal.
