A luxury apartment brand’s debut in Newark is officially underway with the launch of leasing at the site of a newly restored and expanded tower in the city’s downtown.
Developers are nearing completion of a project that will bring another 250 apartments to downtown Newark, in what will be the latest piece of a growing residential brand.
