Investment manager Lord Abbett & Co. LLC has opened its new global headquarters in Jersey City, where it occupies more than 178,000 square feet built out by JT Magen.
Four tenants have combined to lease nearly 40,000 square feet at an office complex near downtown Morristown, bringing the property to nearly full occupancy.
