A developer has secured a $30 million construction loan to complete a 99-unit apartment building in Jersey City, in a newly announced transaction by Progress Capital.
City officials are weighing a developer’s plan to redevelop a former hospital in Jersey City into a nine-story, 99-unit residential and retail building, according to The Jersey Journal.
