A Boston-based mortgage banking firm has closed a $95 million loan to recapitalize a Jersey City apartment complex and allow it to continue to offer federally subsidized affordable housing.
The Walters Group has opened the doors to a new 70-unit age-restricted community in Barnegat, touting a project that was completed less than a year after it closed on the property.
A developer has broken ground on a new affordable housing and retail complex in downtown Vineland after securing nearly $18 million in financing, a representative said.
