Edison Properties has leased another 2,500 square feet at its landmark Ironside Newark property to provide a new home for a locally based gallery and artist incubator space.
A nonprofit is relocating within Newark to a building owned by Paramount Assets, under a newly announced 20,000-square-foot lease with the real estate investment firm.
