Team Resources Inc. has promoted one of its brokers to vice president, the Lyndhurst-based commercial real estate agency announced this week.
The broker, David Knapel, earns the promotion after 13 years with the firm and a career that spans several other industries. His past experience also includes being an entrepreneur in the textile industry, accounting and tax planning for a property management company and business consulting and planning.
“This wealth of experience brings a unique skill set that includes an extensive knowledge and understanding of business requirements and concerns,” Team Resources wrote in a news release. “With this, David has the ability to assist his customers in a multifaceted and meaningful way. He possesses broad expertise in commercial real estate with a focus on industrial markets, location searches and listings.”
Notable clients include Histrong America Inc., Diamond Road Newark LLC, Icon Trade Service, A Royal Flush Inc. and Myle Vape Inc., according to a news release. Knapel, a Park Ridge resident, graduated from New Jersey City University with a degree in accounting and economics.
