An online furniture import business has paid $1.6 million to acquire a 160,000-square-foot warehouse in Warren County, according to brokers with Team Resources Inc.
The firm on Thursday announced that Samia Holdings acquired 600 5th Avenue in Belvidere, a single-tenant building on 9.5 acres. Located minutes from the Pennsylvania border, the complex features 10 exterior loading docks, 17- to 22-foot ceiling heights, ample parking and LED lighting, among other features.
Team Resources’ Ed Schein and Jeff Fulton represented Samia, while Jeff Williams of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller.
“This property location gives Samia immediate highway access for both incoming and outgoing freight,” Schein said.
