A technology firm is moving its headquarters to Woodcliff Lake, where it has leased 6,500 square feet as part of a newly announced transaction by The Arlington Group.
The tenant, Curbngo, is relocating to 300 Tice Blvd. under the lease with Hudson Equities. Its new home provides it with a location just minutes from the Garden State Parkway, along with recently updated common spaces and amenities within the 240,000-square-foot building.
The Arlington Group represented ownership .
“We are thrilled to have Curbngo select 300 Tice Boulevard as their new corporate headquarters,” said Ephraim Hasenfeld, CEO of Hudson Equities. “Curbngo required a Class A, full amenity building for their employees and business partners and 300 Tice Boulevard was able to expedite the lease in two weeks in order to achieve the company’s occupancy timeline.”
Curbngo, which offers a technology platform for restaurants and their patrons, could soon be among several new tenants at 300 Tice. The Arlington Group and Hudson Equities say additional lease negotiations are underway at the property, which offers a full-service café with indoor and outdoor seating, a new fitness center, covered parking and on-site management and ownership.
Recent improvements include updated common areas with two audio-visual walls, new furniture, energy-efficient lighting, HVAC upgrades, renovated restrooms and new landscaping, according to a news release. The property is 25 minutes from Manhattan, with easy access to area highways and three NJ Transit stations.
“Despite the fluctuations of the office market due to COVID, we have been aggressive and successful in attracting tenants to the building,” Hasenfeld said.
