A telecommunications firm has taken 7,000 square feet of office space just off Route 24 in Summit, according to a broker with NAI James E. Hanson.
The tenant, Excell Communications, is the leasing the space at 44 Middle Ave. under a deal with 44 Middle Avenue, JPR Realty LLC. Its new home is a two-story building with 29 on-site parking spaces and quick access to Interstate 78, placing it minutes from other highways and Newark Liberty International Airport.
NAI Hanson’s Thomas W. Ryan represented ownership in the lease with Excell, which focuses on the development of network infrastructure for the wireless, fiber and utility industries with offices in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, New York and Texas.
“Location and adaptability continue to be critical factors in today’s competitive office market,” Ryan said. “For that reason, highly accessible and flexible office spaces like 44 Middle Avenue are ideal fits for service-oriented clients like Excell Communications. We’re happy to provide the real estate services needed to attract reputable businesses to our client’s space and secure value on their behalf.”
