Two existing tenants have inked new deals at a 136,000-square-foot office building in Fairfield, including a nearly 81,000-square-foot renewal by a wine and spirits distributor.
Sheldon Gross Realty, which represents ownership at 111 Lehigh Drive, said Monday that Allied Beverage has renewed its lease at the one-story structure. Meantime, Allstate Flooring expanded renewed and expanded to 12,678 square feet.
“This building is in a stellar location — immediately adjacent to Route 46, one mile from Route 80, and two miles from Route 280,” said Robert Nathin, senior vice president with Sheldon Gross. “It’s a marvelous place from which to conduct business — as the renewal of these two leases demonstrates.”
Nathin touted the building’s office space and warehousing capabilities, along with a 250-vehicle parking lot and lofty ceiling heights that range from 21 to 24 feet.
