Terreno Realty Corp. has landed a new tenant for a nearly 75,000-square-foot industrial space in Elizabeth, in a deal arranged by The Blau & Berg Co. and JLL.
The user, US Logistics Group Inc. will occupy roughly half of the newly renovated building at 620 Division St. under a commitment that began on Sept. 30 and will expire in January 2028. Blau & Berg represented the tenant in the 74,675-square-foot deal, while JLL represented ownership.
According to a news release, USLG is an international freight forwarder specializing in international and domestic logistics. Its new home is adjacent to Route 1&9, roughly a mile from the New Jersey Turnpike and minutes from Port Newark-Elizabeth.
