Michael Bartolacci, the longtime broker at the helm of The Garibaldi Group’s Lehigh Valley office, is formally transitioning to NAI Summit after the two firms joined forces last month.
Garibaldi announced Wednesday that Bartolacci, a senior vice president, will transfer his Pennsylvania license to Allentown, Pennsylvania-based NAI Summit. That will allow him to continue what the firm said is his impactful tenure and service in the Lehigh Valley region, while retaining his New Jersey real estate license with Chatham-based Garibaldi.
“With this acquisition, we are pleased to have Michael continue as one of our brokers,” said Jeffrey Garibaldi Jr., president of The Garibaldi Group. “His wealth of experience and deep-rooted client connections will undoubtedly strengthen our presence and enhance the services we deliver to our clients. Michael’s transition to our new banner is particularly exciting as it unlocks access to additional resources, while also facilitating the exchange of The Garibaldi Group’s renowned expertise, cultural values and dedication to unparalleled customer service, thereby enriching the fabric of NAI Summit.”
Bartolacci, a lifelong Lehigh Valley resident, has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, according to a news release. The Garibaldi Group said he has established himself as a cornerstone in the local market and, since opening its Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, office in 2001, has been its sole flag bearer in the region.
TGG, which announced its acquisition of NAI Summit in early May, said Bartolacci’s expertise spans all aspects of corporate consulting, including strategic planning, leasing, operating and valuation analysis, investment sales and acquisitions, as well as site selection. He has worked with several high-profile clients in the industrial, office and health care industries, serving them locally and across the country.
He’ll continue in those roles moving forward.
“We are thrilled to have Michael continue his journey with us at NAI Summit,” said Kelly Berfield, chief operating officer of NAI Summit. “His extensive knowledge, dedication to both his Lehigh Valley and corporate clients nationwide, and remarkable track record makes him an invaluable asset to our team and clients.”
