ON THE HORIZON
The return of commercial work looks like it will be the biggest growth area for our business. Right now residential work (single-family thru multifamily) has been a large growth area over the past 8 months.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
We are currently working on a multifamily project in Jersey City and a large multifamily project in North Carolina.
CREATIVE SOLUTION
We worked with a client in Westfield to restore a historic building downtown to bring back some of the original detail and curved glass windows that had been lost over the years. We had exposed some original beams on the interior while shoring up the original structure and providing modern-day fire separations and structural stability.
