Avison Young has elevated two senior brokers and a young associate in New Jersey.
Jeffrey L. Heller, a principal and managing director of Avison Young’s New Jersey office, announced Tuesday that Matthew C. Turse and Timothy J. Cadigan were both promoted from vice president to senior vice president of industrial brokerage. With a combined 40 years of commercial real estate experience, Turse and Cadigan lead the industrial brokerage practice within Avison Young.
Meantime, the real estate services firm has promoted Timothy D. Lohmann from associate to senior associate of office brokerage. Lohmann, who earned the promotion after only two years, is one of the leading professionals in Avison Young’s Young Guns program, a group that supports young professionals and puts them on the path toward becoming principals with the firm.
“Avison Young is committed to the professional growth and development of our team,” Heller said in a prepared statement. “These advancements reflect both the considerable contributions these three individuals have made to our firm as well as their dedication to outstanding client service.
“These talented professionals will continue to keep Avison Young at the forefront of our industry. We congratulate them on their well-deserved promotions and look forward to their future success.”
