National Realty & Development Corp. has signed leases with three new tenants for 58,690 square feet at Liberty Square Center, a 380,380-square-foot shopping center in Burlington.
The landlord announced that Planet Fitness will open a 25,000-square-foot fitness facility at the Mount Holly Road complex, occupying a portion of the center’s former Acme unit. The off-price department store Ross Dress for Less will move into 22,090 square feet in a portion of the former Toys R Us location, while Five Below will occupy the remaining 11,600 square feet of the former toy store.
A new McDonald’s that opened recently is one of the first in South Jersey to offer table delivery and kiosk and mobile phone ordering.
“Our goal is to continue to reposition our centers with a mix of prominent retail brands that attract a wider variety of shoppers,” said Nick Hrvatin, vice president, retail leasing, at NRDC. Current anchors Walmart and Marshalls/Home Goods have strong sales and these new additions will create a special synergy that will position Liberty Square Center as one of the highest performing centers in the area.
“We are excited for these new tenants to open up at the center.”
