A wine importer and distributor has leased more than 100,000 square feet of industrial space in Northvale, in a newly announced transaction by Team Resources Inc.
The brokerage firm said it represented the tenant, Chateau Express, in the transaction at 251 Union St. Team Resources’ Joseph Manganaro and Eric Lewin secured the 100,300-square-foot space for the New Rochelle, New York-based client.
“This northern Bergen County property serves as a strategic location for Chateau Express to service the New Jersey market while keeping in close proximity to their Westchester County headquarters,” said Manganaro said.
