Signature Acquisitions has leased up nearly 8,200 square feet of new retail space near Interstate 78 in Warren, in a series of transactions arranged by CBRE.
According to the brokerage team, the new tenants at 10 Independence Blvd. include a recently opened Playa Bowls. Two other businesses, a cosmetics clinic known as Aesthetic Center and a burger and sandwich restaurant known as Yella’s, are slated to open this summer.
CBRE Senior Vice President Marta Villa represented ownership in the leases, which total 8,158 square feet, in the property on the northbound side of Martinsville Road and near the Riverwalk Village Center.
“The retail center at 10 Independence Boulevard is new construction in a highly visible location within Warren and reflects the growing trend of retail outlets opening close to and in support of existing medical and office properties,” Villa said. “The tenants will benefit greatly from the center being close to Riverwalk and its 4,000 employees, all within walking distance of the property.”
In a news release, CBRE said the center has 35 parking spaces with overflow parking at the adjacent office complex, which is also owned by Signature. The property is also within walking distance of major hotels, including Courtyard by Marriott, Somerset Hills Hotel and Delta Hotels by Marriott.
