A tire shop has leased 6,500 square feet at an industrial site in Roselle, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.
In a news release, BRC reported that JNJ Tires LLC will occupy a portion of the 16,500-square-foot property at 169 East Highland Parkway. The site, located near Interstate 287 and the Garden State Parkway, is equipped with ample power, three drive-in doors, gas heat and 17-foot ceiling heights, according to BRC.
Steve Jaynes, an industrial specialist at Edison-based BRC, represented both the landlord, MN NJ Realty LLC, and the tire business in the transaction.
“It was a pleasure to represent our client, MM NJ Realty LLC, in locating the ideal tenant for 169 East Highland Parkway,” Jaynes said. “The property’s location and features are perfectly suited for JNJ’s tire business and clients in the area.”
