A towing company has found a new home for its dispatch center after agreeing to lease more than 1,500 square feet in Fair Lawn, according to brokers with NAI James E. Hanson.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented Five Star Towing in securing the location at 17-10 River Road. The business will move to the two-story, 25,600-square-foot building after losing its previous location due to a hurricane, under a 1,505-square-foot lease with Landzettel Realty Co.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack, Randy Horning and David M. Ukleja completed the assignment. In announcing the deal, they cited the building’s access to routes 4, 17 and 46, as well as interstates 80 and 287 and the Garden State Parkway, along with its proximity to a local ShopRite, restaurants and other services.
“This deal truly showcases our team’s tenacious dedication to finding the best possible spaces for our clients, especially when faced with situations that require immediate action,” Lizzack said. “17-10 River Road’s highly desirable location with quick access to some of New Jersey’s prime roadways proved to be the perfect spot for a constantly moving company such as Five Star Towing, and displays once again how NAI James E. Hanson consistently provides innovative solutions to drive meaningful value for its clients.”
