Transwestern Real Estate Services has recognized four members of its New Jersey office as top performers and contributors in 2019.
The firm, which is based in Houston, announced recently that it was honoring Partner and City Leader James Postell, managing directors Matt McDonough and Dan Ligorner and Director of Research Matthew Dolly. All four are based in the firm’s Florham Park office.
“At Transwestern, we set the bar high for our team members, and they consistently go above and beyond for our organization and for our clients,” said Tom Lawyer, president of Transwestern Real Estate Services, or TRS. “It is our honor to showcase their talents and achievements. I am proud to have each of them as part of the Transwestern family.”
Postell, McDonough and Ligorner were honored with the firm’s Top Deal – Owner Advisory award for securing a 147,215-square-foot headquarters lease with Celularity at 170 Park Ave. in Florham Park. The company noted that, after substantial capital improvements to the property led by Transwestern, the campus experienced impressive leasing activity including the Celularity deal, which was the largest office lease in the state during first quarter of 2019.
The firm also named McDonough to its Champions’ Club for his transaction volume in 2019, with a total that included 17 transactions comprising 327,667 square feet and $105 million in aggregate value, according to a news release. The recipients inducted into the Champions’ Club are the firm’s top brokerage professionals from around the country, who not only had strong production and revenue generation but also demonstrate an unwavering commitment to serving clients.
This year, Dolly was honored with the Team Support award for his ongoing national research support, continued contributions as a marketing and media relations advocate and development of the firm’s Elite Eleven industrial reports, the news release said. The honor is part of a slate of Presidents’ Awards that recognizes teamwork and contributions to advance the firm’s culture of service.
“These recognitions are a testament to the diligence, dedication and hard work of the team we have established here in New Jersey,” Postell said. “As we have continued to expand our operations in New Jersey, I’m immensely proud of the tremendous accomplishments of our professionals and their commitment to provide outstanding service to our clients.”
