An importing company is leasing more than 70,000 square feet of industrial space in Freehold, under a newly announced transaction by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The brokerage firm on Monday said it represented EUS Imports LLC in the commitment at 225 Willow Brook Road. The tenant, which distributes leather travel accessories such as luggage, leather handbags and wallets, is taking 71,922 square feet at the building.
“This facility is precisely what EUS Imports was looking for,” said Glenn Jaffe, a senior vice president with Sheldon Gross. “Not only does it offer remarkably convenient transportation access, its various features — including a high ceiling and multiple dock entrances — make it an exceptional structure both for warehousing and distribution.”
Jaffe completed the assignment for the West Orange-based firm. Sitar Realty Co. Executive Vice President Douglas J. Sitar and Senior Director Robert JanTausch represented ownership at the building, which is minutes from routes 33, 79, 9 and 18 and Interstate 195.
