The leaders of Avison Young’s industrial brokerage team in New Jersey are now principals of the real estate services firm.
Matthew Turse and Timothy Cadigan, who are based in Morristown, each join the ownership ranks after nearly a decade with the Toronto-based company. They are among more than 50 newly added principals in 2022 and among more than 650 globally, serving as key members of a local office that opened in 2012.
“I’m thrilled to celebrate Matt and Tim’s well-deserved promotions to principal and am confident that their outstanding leadership and drive will make them tremendous partners at Avison Young,” said Jeffrey L. Heller, an AY principal and managing director of its three New Jersey offices. “Matt and Tim have always been invaluable advisers to their clients and colleagues, demonstrating a collaborative yet strategic approach to their work, and I look forward to their many more successes to come in this new role.”
Turse and Cadigan lead the industrial transaction management group at Avison Young New Jersey, with a strong focus in the sales, leasing and consultation of industrial and commercial properties on behalf of tenants and landlords, according to a news release. Their commercial real estate careers span more than 25 and 18 years, respectively, while both were recently recognized as top producers for the company in 2021.
