The longtime owner of a nearly 125,000-square-foot flex industrial complex in Florham Park has sold the property for $22.5 million, in a deal arranged by McBride Corporate Real Estate.
The brokerage firm’s James McNerney and John D’Amato represented the seller, VRX Realty LLC, in the transaction at 6 and 8 Vreeland Road. The Rochelle Park-based team also represented Commercial Land Development Inc. in its purchase of the two-building property, which spans 125,421 square feet on 11.67 acres.
“This was a tremendous opportunity for Commercial Land Development Inc. to acquire two Class A buildings, with a solid tenant in place for the next 10 years,” McNerney said.
Located north of Columbia Turnpike, the complex is about three miles from Route 24. Public records show the properties last changed hands in the mid-1990s.
