A subsidiary of HVAC distributor Watsco Inc. has leased 24,000 square feet of warehouse space in Lakewood, according to a legal team with Bertone Piccini LLP.
In a news release, the law firm said it represented the tenant, Homans Associates II LLC, in the deal at 900 Towbin Ave. The location provides the Fortune 500 subsidiary with access to major regional transportation infrastructure in the heart of South Jersey, thanks to its location just off the Garden State Parkway, Route 9 and Route 70.
Bertone Piccini’s Jeremy Piccini and Paige Guarino spearheaded the transaction for the Hasbrouck Heights-based practice, adding that NAI James E. Hanson’s Jeffrey W. DeMagistris assisted in closing the deal.
