Wolf Commercial Real Estate has brokered the sale of a two-building, 6,600-square-foot commercial complex in Pennsauken, the real estate services firm announced Friday.
Located at 3477 Haddonfield Road and 3450 Saint Martin Road, the property sits on 1.3 acres and provides access to thoroughfares such as routes 38, 70 and 73, along with Interstate 295. WCRE marketed the property on behalf of the Pauline M. Rockhill Revocable Trust, while also representing HEMERA LLC and HESPERUS LLC in their acquisition of the site.
Managing Principal Jason Wolf handled the assignment for Marlton-based WCRE.
Wolf also touted the complex’s proximity to the Betsy Ross and Tacony Palmyra bridges, adding that the property is suited for a variety of uses. The site offers outdoor fencing and gated secure storage.
