Two industrial tenants serving the hair care industry are moving within Bergen County, following a pair of leases negotiated by NAI James E. Hanson.
In a news release, the firm said it represented the landlord in each deal at 506 Route 46 West and 10 Henry St., both in Teterboro. At the former, Ebin New York Inc. has leased 29,214 square feet, while Everbeauty Inc. has leased 24,560 square feet at the other location.
NAI Hanson’s Jeff DeMagistris and Tom Vetter handled the assignment on behalf of the owners, Teterboro 2004 LLC and Green Street Corner Inc., respectively.
Ebin New York Inc. and Everbeauty Inc. are both growing warehouse distributors of hair care products that were seeking locations to quickly distribute their wholesale products to retailers across the New York City metro area, NAI Hanson said in a news release. Ebin New York will relocate from Englewood, taking a portion of the 77,804-square-foot industrial flex space on Route 46.
The building features 9,340 square feet of showroom and office space, two loading docks and one drive-in.

Relocating from Moonachie, Everbeauty, will occupy the entire building at 10 Henry Street, the news release said. The property features two loading docks with levelers and two drive-ins, ample parking and easy access to routes 17 and 46.
Young Lee of Eastern Realty Inc. represented Ebin New York Inc. in the larger transaction, while Palestina Properties represented Everbeauty in the other.
“Both of these buildings provide Ebin New York and Everbeauty with the accessible and well located spaces they were seeking for their relocations,” Vetter said. “These deals highlight the continued demand for well-located industrial spaces in the Bergen County industrial market.
“Although e-commerce is the major buzzword in this marketplace right now, Bergen County’s location and proximity to major area highways also makes it an attractive area for all types of businesses looking for quality brick and mortar locations. These deals showcase the potential of this marketplace and, in particular, the wide range of possible uses available to companies within it.”
