Denholtz Associates has completed two lease renewals totaling more than 5,000 square feet at a 44,000-square-foot Holmdel office building.
The developer and investment firm on Tuesday announced the transactions with Audiology Services Company USA LLC and Buchanan Clarke Schlader, an accounting firm. The tenants recommitted to their spaces at 100 Commons Way, leasing 1,050 square feet and 4,183 square feet, respectively.
Zimmel Associates represented Denholtz Associates in both transactions.
“The Holmdel office submarket’s high level of access and strong demographics make it a desirable market for a wide range of companies,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing at Denholtz Associates. “Both of these tenants recognized that renewing their leases at 100 Commons Way would allow them to continue to tap into this strong market and receive the high level of tenant service that we deliver to each of our tenants.
“These two renewals are a perfect encapsulation of our multi-tenant office leasing strategy that allows us to continue to maintain high occupancy in some of the hottest office markets in the state.”
In announcing the renewals, Denholtz touted the building’s modern design, attractive landscaping, state-of-the-art mechanical systems and its park-like atmosphere. The property, which is minutes from the Garden State Parkway, also provides easy access from Route 35 and Laurel Avenue.
