U.S. Title Solutions is looking to accelerate its growth outside New Jersey, announcing its expansion into New York and Pennsylvania in response to increasing client demand.
The firm, which is based in Lebanon, is a full-service title company specializing in title insurance, title search and closing settlement services. It counts many of New Jersey’s best-known developers, attorneys and other professionals as its clients, while boasting partnerships with industry giants First American and Fidelity.
“With our strong background and long history providing title services in New Jersey, expanding our services into the neighboring states of New York and Pennsylvania was a natural progression and a chance for us to broaden our expertise,” said Erin Fagan, U.S. Title’s vice president of operations and client services. “It’s an amazing opportunity for personal and professional growth.”
The company, meantime, said it has been recognized as a top 10 agent in New Jersey for three consecutive years, citing its boutique-style services and dedication to minimizing risks in real estate transactions. With more than 20 years in business, its recent clients have included the development team behind the new Jack and Sheryl Morris Cancer Center in New Brunswick, a project that will create New Jersey’s first freestanding cancer hospital when it opens next year.
